About Gabriel Fehrenbach

Gabriel Fehrenbach founded studio—gf in 2024, after recognizing that deep societal change is only possible through new forms of transformation. His aim was to deliver not only methods and consultancy but a whole new framework that enables everyone to create far-reaching change, steering humanity in the direction of becoming one with nature.

Gabriel is a seasoned facilitator, skilled in designing and conducting profound transformations for the business and civil sectors. He has a long and successful record of bespoke training and coaching for change agents, facilitators, and transformational leaders.

Gabriel creates agency, develops leadership, and boosts impact through decisive participation.

At the core of Gabriel's work is the exploration of how people can bring their best to the world. He brings diverse perspectives together in safe, open spaces, and uncovers the dynamics between thinking, perceiving, creating, and acting.

Gabriel's vision

Gabriel's belief is that everyone can fundamentally change their world, and that we have the chance to rebuild our societies – if we are willing to take bold steps.

This belief is rooted in three important observations Gabriel made across many years spent engaging with organizations and taking action to create change:

  • Although the ecological news has become more dramatic and the movement is working tirelessly, nothing has truly changed.
  • Politics remains disconnected from a true understanding of current threats to social progress and their underlying dynamics.
  • Although corporations and organizations have imense societal influence, they mainly ignore this responsibility and maintain old, dysfunctional paradigms.

These observations led to the two insights that would shape the vision and drive the approach of studio—gf and Gabriel's work overall.

Firstly, efforts to solve global issues have not succeeded, and it can be assumed that all we have done so far is perpetuate or even worsened the situation. So we need a different approach to transformation.

Secondly, while many people talk about a vision of a better future, no one discusses how to get there or offers an understanding of the complexity of change. That's why this approach needs to be practical and allow everyone to gain agency and transformative power.

How can we create a humanity at one with nature? This is the fundamental question to which Gabriel's work offers a powerful, practical response.

studio—gf vision. What studio—gf stands for

studio—gf will be the genesis of organizing far-reaching societal change globally. By delivering consultancy, facilitation, implementation, and methodology around organizational transformation, we empower leaders and actors across civic, public, and economic domains to make a greater impact and foster a humanity at one with nature.

Four principles lie at the heart of studio—gf's work:

  1. Leadership and self-transformation are essential Leadership is, above all else, self-leadership: understanding one's own uniqueness, raising one's consciousness, and developing one's potential..
  2. Integrity It's our integrity that binds us to the well-being of all. A strong ethical approach creates space for our clients to thrive.
  3. Equity and agency By questioning power structures and striving for equity and agency, we can establish new, healthy and nourishing paradigms.
  4. Everything is unique and alive For deep transformation to take place, we need to understand the uniqueness of the situation.
